About TAUMUN
At Tel Aviv University's Model UN Society (TAUMUN), we embrace the differences amongst us and discuss issues relating to all aspects of life. We take pride in our diverse Society that includes students from different nationalities, ethnicities, and religions.
We believe in broadening students' horizons, as we learn about the different UN committees and their influence on security, health, international law, technology, space, economics and more.
Our students come from all over campus, majoring in various academic fields such as social sciences, liberal arts, law, engineering, exact sciences and even medicine.
At TAUMUN, we hold practice sessions once a week which includes everything from classes and workshops to simulations and guest speakers. We take pride in offering our members high-quality lessons which will guide them through the world of Model United Nations and prepare them for conferences. We compete both within Israel and also internationally.
We were the first Israeli delegation to attend HMUN at Harvard University, and we were thrilled to have been awarded the Outstanding Delegation award at the Security Council in the European Championships.
